Details: The link for the travel channel's page is broken. Much of the info comes from Bill Reynolds, a columnist with Rock and Gem Magazine. Here is what the link used to say: "General description: Petoskey State Park, located on the north end of Little Traverse Bay, is situated on 304 scenic acres and offers a beautiful sandy beach on the bay. The park has two separate modern campgrounds. Tannery Creek offers 98 campsites, and Dunes offers 70 campsites.
Handy to bring along: 1. Collecting bucket 2. Sun screen
Helpful notes to newcomers: Great information to the attractions of the park can be found at: http://www.michigan.org/property/Detail.aspx?p=G10185"
Directions: The link used to say: "How to get there: Take HWY 31 from Petoskey, Michigan. Turn left on to C119 into the park. "
