Details: From the Utah Geology website, location #25, it says: "Quartz, celestite, jasper
Jasper is abundant in the Curtis and Summerville Formations that crop out along Greasewood Draw south of Hatt Ranch. Some of the jasper nodules are geodes containing pink, white, or blue celestite. A few of the geodes contain quartz crystals."
Directions:
From the Utah Geology website, location #25, it says: "Directions to site: Proceed south from I-70 on Utah Hwy 24 toward Hanksville. After crossing the San Rafael River, about 5 miles south of the interstate, turn west on a gravel rod. Greasewood Draw is the broad wash leading west to the San Rafael Reef."
The GPS marker is intended to mirror the GPS marker from the Utah Geology website since they did not put the coordinates but only marked it on the map.
