Details: You can pay to dig through their piles of rocks that they carry from their quartz mines. It is like $20 per person (for people over 55 it might be free on their bday - not for sure). Go to the Coleman Quartz Mine website (Ron Coleman not his brother Jim) for more details. The website is a bit hard to navigate, but the info is there in the FAQ at the least. The quartz crystals can be really nice. It is mostly the clear variety.
Directions: Directions are also on the website. However, they are likely to point you to google maps. So my GPS marker will be correct.
