This mine has been closed for many years 40 maybe more. This was collected with the finest examples ever to come out of this location. Seldom offered this nice chunky piece weighs 27 Grams or 135 carats. It just kills me when I have to decide to cut some of this or keep it as a super rare locality specimen. This is a folliated crystalline mass and has some of the best angle crystal lines in it and would cut the finest stones worth way more than the normal ones you see going for big $$$ money.Has wonderful Cobalt indigo blue with that rare purple flash that the best Covellite/Coveline is known for. If you decide to cut it the inside tip is to use only diamond grinds and polishing and lite pressure. The scale pan that holds the specimen is 6 inches across for size comparison. This will fit into the finest of mineral collections and is a World class specimen. This one will be the pride of your collection. This specimen has beautiful color and displays wonderfully.
