"After you cross the dam on the Texas side there is a boat launch. Go to the beach and walk west. The fossils wash up in the sand at the edge of the water. There are also small sharks teeth in the sand. You have to get on your knees and look closely or you will miss them. They are a shiny black color and most are about 1/4 " in size.
