Description: Only the gem mine in California produced such beautiful and rare mineral species of this size. There are 90 pieces in the lot with a combined weight of 20.1 carats. Second picture shows what benitoite would look like under a short wave ultraviolet light, this rare mineral fluoresces under such light and is one of the easy ways to identify its authenticity.
