Description: The largest octahedron measures 1" along one edge. The pieces have been cleaved from a larger piece of fluorite by a miner into the octahedron shape shown here. The locality for these specimens is Cave-in-Rock, Hardin County, Illinois. All weights and measurements of the piece are approximate.
