Description: GOLD, SPHALERITE, CHALCOPYRITE in QUARTZ, SCHEELITE. Ouray County. Size: 1 1/16" X 3/4" X 3/16", 3.5 grams. Very rich small piece of high grade gold ore with lots of highly reflective butter yellow blebs of native gold scattered mainly through black sphalerite, and with a couple of larger masses of less reflective chalcopyrite on the left side in the first two photos.
