I found this information from an ebay item.  It is archived here. Here is what it said: "TOURMALINE (VAR. SCHORL) Highway 16 1 mile N. of Keystone South Dakota This specimen is loaded with crystals. "	On Google Earth, it looked like there might be some roadcuts or new construction in the vicinity of 1 mile north of keystone on highway 16, but I don't know where for sure.
